The Mahina Mermaid swimming tail and fins, called the MerFin, have spawned a new concept in beach and pool culture called "Mermaiding".

Children from approx 5 years up can now dress up in Mermaid swimwear and then add the finishing touch, ther MerFin mermaid swimming tail and hit the pool and beach as real bona fide mermaids. 

My children love their MerFins and put them on to swim at every opportunity, we've even seen the mermaid leggings worn with skirts on cold days this summer.
