Helpful hints

• When your child has been sick, encourage them to have short rests during the day and to take it easy until they are fully recovered. A diet that is rich in complex carbohydrates, fresh fruit and vegetables will help your child regain their usual energy levels. It's also helpful to eat many small meals throughout the day, rather than 3 larger ones.

Dosage
Consult your healthcare practitioner before giving this product to infants under 6 months of age. Infant and children 6 months to 2 years: Give 1 mL 4 times daily. Children 2 to 12 years: Give 2 mL 4 times daily. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
