Is this product suitable for babies under 12 months?

Yes it is. Please note sunscreen should not be used on babies under 6 months as their melonin has not matured and sunscreen doesn't work! Babies under 6 months should be kept completely out of the sun. Sunscreen can be used from 6 months onwards, but babies should still be kept out of the sun :)
